Jamie Towers

Jamie is the head of Exant Advisory’s Tax Consulting Division and brings over 30 years of experience and 2 master degrees in tax law to deliver new thinking to client’s tax problems.

Jamie predominantly advises internationally focused inbound and outbound clients with tax advice including M & A and restructuring including tax consolidation, cross border taxation issues and can help with their Australian tax compliance.

Jamie also works closely with Australian clients to simplify taxation obligations and to create tax effective structures and solutions for businesses and their owners.

Jamie consults to other professionals such as accountants, lawyers and financial advisors providing expert tax advice to their clients.
