Matthew J. Green

Matthew is a Fellow of Chartered Accountants ANZ, a Registered Company Auditor and Business Valuation Specialist with experience in public practice and commercial roles with ASX listed companies. He specialises in corporate reporting and transactions (including audit, assurance, reporting, acquisitions, consolidation, control, and valuation services).

Matthew has developed a deep level of experience with audit and valuation techniques and has a deep understanding of arrangements for all types of companies and related assurance and audit assignments. Matthew’s clients operate across all sectors of the economy and range in size, from Owner-Managed Businesses to ASX Listed and multi-national companies (including public benefit organisations and not-for-profit entities).

Matthew is currently a national Councillor for Chartered Accountants ANZ, and an independent Non-Executive Director of Lourdes Hill College Ltd and MCU Ltd. Matthew is also a State Councillor for Chartered Accountants ANZ and a past committee member for the CA ANZ Trans-Tasman Audit Advisory Committee.
